To understand the meanings and stations of human life, I advise everyone to practice martial arts, especially the art of taekwondo, in which the meaning of harmony between body, mind, spirit and heart is evident. You can discover the extension of nature to the human body and feeling, and you can live and move between feelings that are difficult to express in words. It's a mini school of life. You can only with simple, consistent and accurate movements express it by writing many books, but more....Taekwondo for me is an art that helps to understand and realize oneself, to persevere to achieve your goals, to adapt to all life circumstances, according to a simple and complex purposeful approach at the same time.Thanks to all the taekwondo masters, especially the London Taekwondo Warriors

Highly recommend LTW. They teach with a positive attitude, positive atmosphere and engage well in classroom presence. They value real world learning and exchange best practices with the children. Great discipline is learnt not just through their sessions but also at end of session where great advice and support is given regarding health, education, self discipline and more. The Master/teacher communicates with all ages effectively. Children are eager to attend lessons and leave on a positive and happy note. There is so much to gain from these lessons, a positive attitude, focus, meditation, which reinforces mental health, staying happy & also making new friends. My child is highly motivated to get to the next session. My childs confidence has grown and has so much determination and passion to do well. It's also helped in other areas of sports that he takes part in. Very flexible and very approachable Masters who are forthcoming with advice and help at any time.
